Titanium and titanium alloys have excellent high and low temperature performance

High temperature performance:

1. Pure titanium still has high strength at 300~400 ℃.

2. The heat-strength titanium alloy can be used for a long time at 500-600 ℃, and the use temperature of the new titanium alloy can reach 900-1000 ℃.

Low temperature performance:

1. As the temperature decreases, the strength of titanium increases, but the plasticity hardly decreases, maintaining good ductility and toughness, avoiding the cold brittleness of the metal.

2. Titanium and titanium alloys with low gap elements can be used at a low temperature of -253℃.
