Pay attention to the following points when tungsten wire rope:

1. The weight of the single crystal rod cannot exceed the rated working tension of the tungsten wire rope;

2. Before use, check the appearance and surface quality of the tungsten wire rope to check whether there are any signs of bruises, hard knots, or hard folds hit by hard objects. When the tungsten wire rope is wound, check whether the tightness is even and appropriate. If the above defects are found, they should be stopped immediately;

3. The tungsten wire rope should be handled lightly during installation and use. When winding occurs, it should be slowly untied and untwisted. It cannot be forcibly pulled by brute force, resulting in dead fold;

4. When installing, discharging and opening and closing the furnace door, be sure to wait for the mechanical parts of the equipment to run to the designated position to avoid collision, extrusion and damage to the tungsten wire rope;

5. After the tungsten wire rope is used at high temperature, its internal structure has changed, and its brittleness has increased at room temperature. Therefore, when loading and unloading, you should gently hit the weights, chucks and other components connected to the tungsten wire rope to avoid Severe vibration and hitting. In order to avoid damage to the internal structure of the tungsten wire rope, causing wire breakage;

6. When the tungsten wire rope rotates in use, its rotation direction should follow the direction of weaving when weaving, otherwise the tungsten wire rope will be loose or twisted, causing wire breakage;

7. Before installing the furnace, you should carefully check whether the tungsten wire rope causes the defects as described above after use. It can only be used when the tungsten wire rope is intact after inspection, otherwise a new tungsten wire rope needs to be replaced.

Tungsten wire twisting:

The twisting quality of tungsten wire rope is the main factor affecting its service life and carrying capacity.

The direction in which the tungsten wire is wound into strands and the direction in which the strands are twisted into the rope are the same is called co-rotation. For example, the right twist of the strand is called right co-twist; the left twist of the strand is called left co-twist. The tungsten wire has good contact with the tungsten wire, the surface is smooth, the flexibility is good, the wear is small, and the service life is long. However, it is easy to loosen and twist the tungsten wire around the strand and the direction of the strand twist to the opposite of the rope is called alternating twist, such as the right twist of the rope, the left twist of the strand, called the right alternating twist; Left twist. The shortcomings of this kind of tungsten wire rope are greater rigidity and lower service life, but it is not easy to loosen and twist the direction of the tungsten wire wound into strands and the direction of the strand twisting rope is partly the same and partly opposite, which is called mixed twisting. Mixed twist has the characteristics of co-rotation and alternating twist, but the manufacturing process is more complicated.
